Everything happening at this year's 80th Annual Mermaid Festival.
An interactive dinosaur experience featuring up to 8 life-sized dinosaurs, including a 50-foot brachiosaurus. Watch a baby dinosaur hatch, see dinosaurs get "trained," and kids can play hide-and-seek with a 12-foot velociraptor. Daily free shows and exhibits.
The main festival parade through downtown North Webster on Main Street. Features floats, marching bands, and community groups celebrating this year's theme.
Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
Drivers compete in vehicle demolition heats on the festival grounds. Free for spectators, drivers pay an entry fee per car.
Saturday at 7:00 p.m.
A scholarship pageant held at the North Webster Community Center. Young women compete for the Queen of the Lakes title and scholarship money funded by the Shoop Sports and Youth Foundation.

Open to children under 14. Three categories: Walking, Hand-Drawn, or Motorized units. Educational bonds up to $5,000 per category. Line-up at 5:00 p.m., parade begins at 6:30 p.m.
Ages 5-7 at the North Webster Community Center. Educational bonds up to $5,000. Must participate in Cutie Parade to be eligible. Registration 6:15 - 6:45 p.m., pageant at 7:00 p.m.
A traveling carnival midway with rides for kids and adults. Buy individual ride tickets or grab a wristband for unlimited rides all day.
The Shoop Sports and Youth Foundation Tournament of Champions at North Webster Elementary. A ten-event athletic skills competition where area youth compete for college scholarship money.
Proudly sponsored by Lake City Bank. $50 in coins scattered in the sand lot by the stage for each age group. Two age groups: toddler–6 years old and 7–12 years old. Kids keep whatever they find!
Open to children up to 8 years old. Power Wheels are provided, but participants may bring their own. Sign-up at 11:30 a.m., race at noon Saturday. All participants receive trophies.
Local and regional acts perform on Merlin's Stage throughout the festival. Check the schedule above for days, times, and bands.
Tactical laser tag set up on the festival grounds. Fun for kids and adults alike.
Take the stage and show off your singing skills! Karaoke entertainment on the festival stage. Saturday starting at 6:00 p.m.
One girl's bike and one boy's bike given away! Free tickets are handed out after the Cutie Parade at the festival grounds office. Winners are drawn at 8 p.m. at the stage area.
Hosted by North Webster United Methodist Church on the festival grounds. Strawberry ice cream, pies, shortcake, and more. 4:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Wawasee Band pork burgers at the Lions Club food stand, Kiwanis ice cream, plus a variety of local food vendors. Vendors change each year so there's always something new to try!
